How does it work?

To get things going, take the showeree or toothbrusher through a few "dry runs" with the songs, assisting them with steps and technique (see lyrics below). Once everyone's comfortable with the routine, move on to the real thing, with the music playing while showering or brushing. Dancing and getting into the music are most definitely encouraged. Over time, if you feel comfortable, work toward more self-sufficiency. The goal is maximum independence and soaring self-esteem.
